How do you remove duplicate time entry profiles?

Summary: We have two employees that have duplicative time entry profiles, and we believe they're causing problems with time card entries. How do we remove the duplicative time entry profiles? I've attempted the override, but it doesn't resolve the problem, so I want to remove them completely.
