Issue re-assigning same offering

Experts,

I'm experiencing issues re-assigning the same offering to a learner. The learner has already completed the offering, we have activity sequencing activated and I'm selecting to expire the current completion.

This is my second time with the issue.

Has anybody experienced this recently?
