Auto close PO based on creation date, DFF, and/or invoice applied

Summary: Is there any ability via setup/maintenance or REST API To have PO close logic based on creation date, percentage invoice applied, and DFFs (we have service start and end date DFF on PO Header) so want to use this if its possible for any of these and also if we can join logic per examples below

 - PO has a creation date 15 months or older and is >=85% consumed with no invoice in past 3 months.

  -PO has a term end date that is greater than 6 months old. And no invoices applied in last 4 months
