We are in the planning stages of enhancing our HRIS capabilities, specifically around managing Business Travel efficiently within our Oracle HCM Cloud environment. Our objective is to streamline travel management processes, ensuring they are integrated seamlessly with our current HRIS workflows and leveraging the robust functionality of Oracle's SaaS offerings.


Background:

Our organization currently utilizes Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM for our core HRIS needs. As part of our ongoing digital transformation, we aim to incorporate a Business Travel Management (BTM) solution that aligns with our existing SaaS-based ecosystem. We are particularly interested in understanding how we can leverage Documents of Record (DOR) features for managing travel-related documents and approvals within this framework.
