Not able to create a Popup message in work order transactions forms

Dear Expert,

We have a requirement to enable a popup message at transaction date field of Report Material Transactions form.

We are able to keep a static message but not able to enable any popup message.

Can someone advise if it is possible to achieve it with current capacity of fusion and how?
