Qualification Plan Entitlements based on absence duration

Summary:

For occupational qualification plans, the qualified entitlement details for a worker are to be displayed in the Qualification Entitlements section based on the absence duration. The maximum entitlements is 160 hours @ 100%. First 24 hours is always @ 0%.

Ex) 

1) Employee applies for first Absence entry Duration is 40 , then Qualified Entitlements should be 

Qualified entitlement = 24 Hours at 0%

Qualified entitlement = 16 Hours at 100%

2) Employee applies for second Absence entry Duration is 104 , then Qualified Enticements should be 

Qualified entitlement = 24 Hours at 0%

Qualified entitlement = 80 Hours at 100%

3) Employee applies for third Absence entry for Duration is 128 , then Qualified Entitlements should be 

Qualified entitlement = 24 Hours at 0%

Qualified entitlement = 64 Hours at 100%
