Hi Team,

As per Business use case, labor Budget need to be created by using Planning rate. I have followed the below steps ,but still the Budgets are not getting created and theowing some exception. Please help in resolution.

Steps followed :

1. Created User Smoke test user 1

2. Appending the User to RBS

3. Created Rate Schedule for the user.

4. Assing the Rate schedule in Org Costing Rules.

5. Create Financial Plan Type ,and appended the Rate Schedule at Rate Setting Tab

6. Created Project and Activated.

7. Created Contract and Active.
