Hello experts,

When creating a new talent review meeting, there is an option in the “Population Selection” section of the page that allows to retrieve employees from an analysis. For this purpose, we have created a custom report placed at the following path: /shared/Custom/Human Capital Management/Talent Review

which contains only a specific list of employee (1 only column with employee full names) and we have specified this path in the profile option HRR_DEFAULT_REPORT_FOLDER. Unfortunately, when choosing the option “find by analysis” for the employee to include in the meeting, and selecting the name of the custom analysis, in the “Review population” section does not appear any employee, so the meeting is scheduled with no one to be reviewed. Is there maybe the need to create the report with specific fields only? Does anyone know how it is possible to make this option work?
