Storefront BasicAuth Credentials Mandatory Update (24A Release)

Due to security reasons, with 24A update, the storefront BasicAuth "password" is set to a randomly computed value if it’s still set to out-of-the-box default value of "admin". 

This change has no effect to customers who have already changed their BasicAuth password from a default one provided by Oracle("admin").

Merchants can get their BasicAuth password using the getBasicAuthConfiguration Admin REST API and get their password.

Merchants can still go ahead and update the BasicAuth password using updateBasicAuthConfiguration Admin REST API endpoint.
