Member Formula aggregation

Summary:

An Account (base) with member formula to get values from another account is working fine. However, upon consolidation the value of Account (with mem formula) is not aggregating to parent entity. 

if(@ISMBR("Entity1")) "Entity1" ->"Account1" -> "FCCS_Mvmts_NetIncome" = "Account2" -> "Entity1" -> "FCCS_Mvmts_Total";

elseif(@ISMBR("Entity2")) "Entity2" ->"Account3" -> "FCCS_Mvmts_NetIncome" = "Account4" -> "Entity2" -> "FCCS_Mvmts_Total";

Endif

Please review above sample member formula and advise why account value of Entity1 is not aggregating to its parent entity
