Learning Approver not able to click on NonCatalog Item Link

Hi Community,

I'm currently facing an issue regarding Request Non Catalog Learning.

As you can see in the screen below the Approver cannot click on the Non-Catalog Learning Item. I know that generally is possible to click on a link that can re-direct you on the item details.



Do you know what is the role or privilege that can solve this issue?
