Why does Replenishment Planning doesn't consider shipment history in Final Consumption Forecast

Summary: Currently we have a demand coming from maintenance work order, inter-org transfers and external consumption history collection. In the Replenishment Plan option, consumption forecast is considering only consumption history and not shipment history.
