When viewing learners on the waitlist, it appears that the 'Current Waitlist Position' is incorrect, as the order doesn't align with Assignment Date (which we're taking to mean the date the person enrolled in the learning offering?).
For example, four users with the following assignment dates and what we'd expect the Current Waitlist Position to be:
Name, Assignment Date, Current Waitlist Position
Person 1, 21-Dec-2023, 1
Person 2, 22-Dec-2023, 2
