Threshold time calculation rule applies to first row only

Hi,

I am using a threshold time calculation rule, it works fine, but it applied to only the first row, when I enter two rows, then the TCR does not apply to either, is there a way it can be applied to all the enterd rows.

Formula name: WFM_THRESHOLD_TIME_CALCULATION_RULE

Summation Level: Detail
