Bulk Completion Records: Divisional Learning Specialist Role

Summary:

I am currently aware of 2 available options OLC offers when it comes to the Learning specialist role and how they can upload bulk completion records:

1- Learning Assignment Criteria

We are finding that there is no capability currently available to require certain fields on the form. Therefore, we have had multiple issues with 60k+ employees getting wrongly enrolled in a course.

2- Upload a .CSV into the course/specialization/offering

When this option is used we are finding multiple completion records due to no restrictions with the .csv file uploads.


Are there any other capabilities Learning Specialists can do without causing an incorrect mass upload, and are more user-friendly?
