HCM Extract(Changes Only) returning values even without any change in assignment data

Summary:

I am using the user entity PER_EXT_SEC_ASSIGNMENT_RANGE_UE to retrieve the assignment details. In a child block, we are fetching the PER_ASSIGNMENT_EIT_ALL_CONTEXT_UE assignment EIT information. A seperate file is getting generated for the EIT file from this child block.

Even if there is no change in assignment EIT, i am getting rows in the EIT file.

The key attributes for PER_ASSIGNMENT_EIT_ALL_CONTEXT_UE is assignment extra info id, eit start date , eit end date, latest change and effective sequence.

I am running the integration as "Changed and Marked attributes"
