Manage Resource schedule showing all Resource pool data where user not assigned as Pool owner

Summary:

**** User had been assigned with Resource manager Role where **** user assigned as Pool Owner to POOL1

when **** user navigated to Manage Resources reschedules page he is able to see the all the resources details those are associated to different Pool eg Pool2, pool3 etc ,

why user is able to see all the resources pool resources defined in the application

expected behavior is that he should be able see only resources where **** user assigned as Pool owner

how to restrict to see only to show resource pool resources details where he assigned as Pool Owner?
