Logo on Password notification template

Is it possible to have a logo on New Account Creation template

User Categories -> Default -> Notifications -> New Account Creation Template. Customer has requirement to insert company logo in the Message section on the New Account creation template. There are no tokens available to insert logo. Is there any way to achieve this.
