Need help in Decryption of Inbound files through Fast formula or any other way in HCM fusion(Saas)

Summary:

We are getting the Encryption data file from External source and placing in SFPT.

Through SOA, we are calling the Fast formula to process the file and import the data in to Cloud application.

But now we need to decrypt the file before processing.

Is there a way to decrypt the file through Fast formula or any other process to decrypt the file.

Any one please help in this.
