Integration from EPM to ERP via BIP report is not working. It errors out in the 1st step with invalid parameters requested

I am trying to load fixed asset data from ERP to FCCS via BIP report. If I run the report manually from from ERP,it work fine,but when I run it from FCCS with the same values as argument it errors out with invalid parameter requested error. Although in the log I see the same value that I use to run the report from ERP. I have fixed those values as argument and passed in the parameter in the application.
