ATP Private Endpoint - 502 Bad Gateway

Hi, Looking for advice on how to troubleshoot further our ADB, which we aren't able to access via our private endpoint URL anymore.

Our setup follows this guide, with private subnet, load balancer and DNS registered: Introducing Vanity URLs for APEX and ORDS on Oracle Autonomous Database - access has suddenly stopped (question is why), where going to our URL for our Apex instance now returns 502 Bad gateway, and our Load balancer backend set (pointing to ADB IP) shows 'Critical' - no healthy backends available.

Few points to consider:

  1. SSL is working fine, can see 'Accepted SSL Handshakes' being logged in metrics, and 'Active Connections' metric is still being logged so cant be NSG rules?
