Add a new flex field for manually update the reason of “Other reasons” category in termination.

Here the user need to add the new flex field to manually add the reason only for “Other reasons” category in employee termination process. When the user select termination reason as ‘other’, there should be appear a new mandatory filed to enter the reason manually.

This new field should appear in the mentioned page as per the below screenshot or comments section as per the second screenshot.
