My Team - How to remove actions

Our purpose is to remove actions from the dropdown list in My Team -> Workers

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

When we go into My Team -> My Team, and click on the three dots on the right on a Worker, we get lot of actions; our purpose is to remove some of these actions, in particular Add Anytime Document and Request Feedback.

Is it possible? If it is, how can we remove these actions?
