My Team - How to remove Indirect Reports actions from picture menu

As a Manager, when we go into My Team -> My team, by filtering for All Reports and not only Direct reports and selecting the menu from the picture of an Indirect Report, we would like to remove some actions; specifically, our purpose is to remove Add Anytime Document and Add Check-In Document.
