Progress bar does not show while replace Learning content

Hi Experts,

User is trying to upload a SCORM content(zip file) using the replace feature in Learning Content, but the progress bar does not show at all. The page remains still without any action. The user could not see the progress bar on the screen. The user is using office laptop and office network. 

Another colleague having the same access is able to replace the same SCORM file. I am able to login as a user in non-production instance and attach the same zip file(new), it was uploaded successfully, the progress bar was showing up.  

Has anyone faced this situation? Why the issue is happening only for one user?
