Translations are failing - Failed to create form definition. Not enough resources available

Summary:

Hello,

It is not the first time it happens but sometime we have this error message when trying to translate the application.

Our way of solving it currently, is to restart the application but we are wondering why it could happen.

Anyone would have an idea about it?
