contact person - disability difference between person management and person spotlight

We are moving from person management into person spotlight. However we couldn't find the disabilities info from person management in person spotlight.

In Person management you can look up contact persons and then see the disability of a contact persons. We can't find this fields via person spotlight. We can only see some disability fields in additional info from a contact person under family and emergency contact, but this does not contain the info from the disability tab in person management.
Can someone help us in finding the correct fields?
