Reducing the Quantity in Work Orders which are interfaced to WMS

We are using Oracle provided Out of the Box solution to Integrate Work Order details as Movement requests to WMS.

After interfacing the Work Order, when we are reducing the Quantity of the Work Order, the below Error is popping up.

Is there any way we can bypass this Error (via any setup configurations etc.)

The work order quantity couldn't be reduced because there are open movement requests in the warehouse management system. Contact your help desk
