How to disable Hiring Manager details in Opportunity Marketplace Job Applications

Summary: When viewing job applications in opportunity Marketplace. The users are able to click the hiring Manager details/icon and it opens up the page with all their contact details. This is allowing people to directly reach out to hiring managers and we do not want that. Can anyone share how to disable the clickable link on this column. Also, is it possible to hide the entire column? We successfully hid the action menu shown in the second screenshot. But we still need to disable the clickable action on the hiring manager column.
