Where to store signatures for using in BI Reports and Certificates?

Summary:

We have an Income Certificate that requires a signature. Back in EBS we were storing the signature in EBS and depending on the type of certificate we retrieve the corresponding signature. How can we do the same in HCM? Right now we have embedded the signature in the RTF template but this won't make it dynamic. We have to change the template when signature changes. Has anyone have the same requirement and what's your solution? Thank you
