Receive Lines: Unique Column for Note To Receiver

Summary:

Our business has many Inventory organizations and we do a lot of shipments between sites. A user will navigate to Inventory Management -> Shipments -> Receive Expected Shipments -> Receive Lines

It is very time consuming for users to have to click on the Notes to Receiver icon in the Document Number column for every receipt line, view the pop up, close the pop up, and proceed to the next.

Request is to add as a separate column on the Receive Lines screen for Notes to Receiver, with the text displayed similar to how it is in the Requisition.
