In Work Definition, time required to make 1 unit of the Make Item / finished good is 20 minutes. Resource is working on a shift ( 8 hours) . After running "Calculate Lead Times and Roll Up Cumulative Lead Times" process it's showing 2.5 days as the processing lead time. It's not calculating the correct processing lead time.
