24A - Improvements to transfer of subledger accounting entries to General Ledger

Summary: When going through the 24A quarterly release notes, I saw a note on "Improvements to transfer of subledger accounting entries to General Ledger". Could someone please explain how this functionality works?

 What I mean is the following:

·      We currently run Create Accounting for our AHCS interfaces and when we do that we set the Transfer to GL & Posting parameters to YES. This automatically does the transfer, import and post. How is what is being offered in 24A any different from this process?

·      Do you still need to run the Create Accounting job and if so, what should the Transfer to GL & Posting parameters be set to, to take advantage of the new functionality
