Is it possible to perform mass upload of pending workers using HSDL or any other tool?

Hi,

We are looking for a way to upload pending workers through HSDL with basic details. But we are getting the below mentioned error even though the relevant field is filled.

Error: You must provide a value for the From Date attribute

We raised Oracle SR for the same but we were given document to create worker without user account which is not relevant for our case.

Any leads on this would be appreciated!
