Changing Absence Plan Term Type from Calendar to Anniversary

We have a requirement from customer to change the existing ongoing Vacation Plan - Plan Term from Calendar to Anniversay.

There are few employees who had already availed this leave.

#1 - How do we make this plan term change and sametime how do we manage the availed employees.
