try to run/schedule UDO - ERROR - NO RESULT OWNER - how do I setup a result owner?

ERROR :-  You can't run this control because there are no eligible result owners. (GTG-3660296)


I cant click on corresponding results count number to drill in neither.  


each UDO has a User Assignments and an associated Group Assignments set. 

how do I setup a result owner?
