Which privilege gives access to fetch details from "Employment info" quick action

Summary:

we have a custom role created for few users, which allows them to access employees from My client groups > Person Management, but the user is unable to search any users from "Employment info" quick action. Please share the privilege that will allow to fetch details from "Employment info" quick action
