How do you set a course for auto-renewal within a learning plan?
Summary:
New hire compliance program (Learning Plan) includes multiple courses but one course needs to be renewed annually.
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
We have a new hire onboarding learning plan with multiple compliance courses that need to be complete within 45 days of hire. One of the 5 courses needs to be renewed every year. What is the best way to set up so that the learning plan does not change from COMPLETE to INCOMPLETE every year? I would like to have the initial onboarding remain complete once the new hire finishes. Should I load the course/activity in twice? Once for the new hire program and again for the annual renewal?
