Provide option to Disable "Reject" on Consolidated type of Request

Summary: We are using Enricher/Approver option on multiple workflows triggered post consolidation (for alternate hier enrichment). Close to 30 unique users have provided input on the Request at that point, and a Reject at this stage would require rework on a lot of inputs. Please consider disabling this option for Consolidated type of Request
