Can Employee's manager Reassign/Delegate all Worklist tasks on behalf of Employee?

Our client has a requirement where the Manager should have the capability of delegating/reassigning all worklist tasks of an employee, if the employee is on vacation and doesn't turn on/forgets to turn on the delegation under Preferences in BPM worklist.

  1. If if is possible, then is there a specific role that allows Managers to delegate/reassign all tasks for an employee on vacation?
  2. Is this option available under "My Team"? Right now, I only see roles and delegations under "Me" in Oracle.
