BN rule for populating location ID

Summary:

We have a requirement from customer to generate location ids for location created from OTM UI using following rule: First 6 digits of location description - coutrycode-postalcode-city (DESCRIPTION-COUNTRY-POSTALCODE-CITY) for example something like TESTLOC-NL-6101-BUGGENUM

Is it possible to configure BN rule to generate location gid in this format?

We are on OTM cloud.
