Restrict the edit access for inactive employee's assignment

Hello,

Currently edit option is available on past (inactive) assignment, due to which the HRs are able to take an action and submit the same. This is applicable for globally transferred employees, these changes are affecting the employment history.


Can we disable the edit option for inactive assignments?
