Overcompletion of a work Order in Process Manufacturing

We are building a business flow in Oracle manufacturing cloud where the customer is executing a work order with work order quantity but by the end of the work order customer realises we need to overcomplete.

We have completed the 1st operation with work order quantity but want to complete the last operation with increased quantity.
