    Hi,

    using Dynamic Skills, if I don't add Skills to Job Profile:

    • how the system suggest skills I would need to develop as a person? Based on what data? Job Title, and...?
    • how the system suggest successors in a Succession Plan? based on what data?
    • how the system suggest Jobs fitting with me? based on what data?
    • how the system suggest Learning courses? based on what data?
