How to customize the alert message shown to the users who dosn't have access to CPQ

Hi,

We want to replace the standard Oracle CPQ message that a user gets when they don't have the CPQ access with the customized messages.

If a User doesn’t have a CPQ account, replace the standard CPQ Alert messages with a custom message
