Need to refresh the browser to see e-learning items (scorm and evaluation)

Summary:

When a learner try to access to course assessment, by default course content is loading and nothing is shown, he/she needs to refresh the page to see the content

When a learner completed a scorm file then try to open an assessment or evaluation contents, by default the content is loading and nothing is shown. The learner has to refresh the page then the content is shown. See some screen in attached

Did someone already meet this behavior ? It's occuring in Edge and Google Chrome, we haven't tested Mozilla
