I have some question about Alert Learning send

"Process Learning Alerts" job is used only to send out alerts that are not triggered like the "Upcoming ILT Activity to Instructors Reminder" WLF-00004? What other Alert?

Instead when I edit activity date or classroom the triggering of alerts "Offering Definition has Changed" WLF-00002 is made by the "Reconcile Learning Catalog Item Activity Changes". It's correct?

I would like to know for each alert related to learning (WLF-00001, WLF-00002, WLF-00003,WLF-00004,...) what is the process that manages the sending of notifications
