Shift Detail type Punch gives error due to mid night break ?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

Need to create shift from 10 pm to 6am with a break at mid night 12:00 for 10 minutes. However unable to do so as it errors out . tries another shift went well but when it crosses mid night getting error again on the shift from 4:45pm to 3:15 am is this a bug ?
