Approval workflow in actions

Hi everyone,

our client would like to configure workflow inside actions. It means that for example when a user hires an employee the section When and Why is compiled by him, the section Personal details is compiled by another user and the section Employment details is compiled by a third user.

It is possible this use case?

Can you please suggest me a workaround?
