Questionnaire not showing when trying to add it as an Assessment in the Content library

Summary:

Hi everyone,

We have created the questions, the questionnaire template and the questionnaire, but when we try to add it as an Assessment (Learning >Catalog Resources >Content> Add Assessment) the questionnaire is not there immediately. Apparently it takes some time (hours) to be available.

Does anyone have the same issue, or knows a way to fix it? Or maybe if it is the system expected behavior? This has been happening in our DEV1 and PROD environments.

Learning Specialists have to wait after creating everything, in order to add it to the Content library, and then to be able to add it to the Offerings, which wastes sometime.
